We often choose the path of least resistance, which is usually the route with which we are familiar. However, it is not always the best way, and certainly not the path Christ would have us follow. I believe that becoming new creatures in Him involves starting at the core of who we are...our hearts. It brings to mind one of my favorite scriptures: "Create in me a clean heart, O God; and reNEW a right spirit within me." Psalm 51:10.
